1. Agreement
By accessing https://www.energyandlogics.com, creating an account, enrolling in a programme, purchasing from our shop, or subscribing to engineering support, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Services
Energy & Logics provides online and blended engineering training, webinars, shop products, career/internship information, and paid engineering support plans through the Engineering Hub platform. Content and schedules may be updated to improve quality.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. Staff roles (lecturer, engineer) require admin approval. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.
4. Enrollments & access
Paid programmes require successful MoMo receipt verification. Free programmes may grant instant access. Access periods, cohort limits, and drip-release rules are defined per programme. Sharing login credentials or course materials without permission is prohibited.
5. Payments
Prices are shown in Rwandan Francs (RWF) unless stated otherwise. MTN MoMo manual payments use Pay Code 4402091 to Energy and Logics Ltd. Failed or disputed payments do not grant access until resolved.
6. Refunds
Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. Generally, verified digital access and completed sessions may not be refundable. Duplicate charges and technical errors will be corrected. Contact admin@energyandlogics.com within 7 days of payment for refund requests.
7. Intellectual property
Course materials, branding, logos, and platform software are owned by Energy and Logics Ltd or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence for personal learning. Redistribution, recording for resale, or scraping content is not allowed without written permission.
8. Certificates
Certificates are issued after meeting programme requirements and admin approval where applicable. Certificates include verification links and codes. Misrepresentation of credentials or tampering with certificates is prohibited and may result in revocation.
9. Conduct
You agree not to harass staff or learners, upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform for unlawful purposes. We may remove content and terminate access for violations.
10. Disclaimers
Training is provided for educational purposes. We do not guarantee employment outcomes. The platform is provided "as is" with reasonable care; we are not liable for indirect damages to the extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Disputes should first be raised with us at admin@energyandlogics.com; we will attempt good-faith resolution before other remedies.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date below.
